The 1K Campaign is being created to mobilize small, affordable contributions from many people to support the work of Imara Woman Centre. The campaign recognizes that when many people contribute just UGX 1,000, these small contributions can collectively make a meaningful difference in the lives of women and girls.

Funds raised through the campaign will help Imara Woman Centre strengthen its programmes, provide support and opportunities to women and girls, and create a sustainable community-driven source of funding for its activities. The campaign is also intended to encourage greater community participation and ownership by making it possible for everyone to contribute, regardless of their financial capacity.

One thousand shillings may seem small, but when we come together, small contributions can create lasting impact.
